Townhouse Patio
The owner of this rental property wanted a more maintenance-free patio area that tenants could also enjoy. We cleaned out the trash and installed a patterned patio made from concrete pavers, incorporating existing stone tiles. We also installed a planter with small shrubs and perennials to enliven the patio area.
Before, the stone tiles couldn't be seen through the weeds.
Concrete pavers are accented by those stone tiles, creating a lovely patio. The plantings add color.
Beautification
This multi-unit property owner wants to make his rentals sparkle and shine! In addition to building renovations and improvements, he has improved parking areas, reduced walk-through traffic, and created naturalized spaces where tenants can relax and recharge.
Before, the bank had a ragged and unfinished look.
Landscape timbers give a neat edge and decorative grasses add more visual interest.
Before, the yard had sparse, weedy grass.
Mulch and landscape timbers defined the yard's boundary. Pavers and plants further improved the look.
Perennial Garden
This garden was planted in late June, and will offer a succession of blooms from early spring until late fall. Daffodils, lilies, daylilies, asters and hardy mums will bring color through the seasons.

This client needed a helping hand with her garden. We weeded, moved perennials and mulched, giving the garden a much needed refresher. A pre-emergent spray applied to the mulch will keep weeds under control.
Before, weeds hid the beauty in the garden.
A major clear out of weeds, along with relocating some things, revealed the shapes and colors of perennials.
Patio Update
We used a rock hammer to break up an old concrete patio, and replaced it with an updated patio of concrete pavers.
Retaining Wall
We installed a retaining wall made from Keystone block. This enabled the client to turn a steep slope into a great area for her vegetable garden.
